The clean way to handle this is for the polkit package to have:

Requires: polkit-libs%{?_isa} = %{epoch}:%{version}-%{release}


This will guarantee that the new package has a polkit-libs package that
matches the currently-installed polkit. (And if you had both before,
you'll get both after, too).
