It doesn't seem to be on the rawhide mirrors yet, but it's already in
Fedora's builders. So, I'd recommend to try rebuilding the po4a-caused
failed builds in scratch-builds and to really rebuild them, if the
scratch-builds work (I already noticed some po4a-failed packages have
further issues).
