My dnf query has different results:

# dnf repoquery --whatrequires 'libnss_compat_ossl.so.0()(64bit)' --source 
|sort -fu
centerim-4.22.10-16.fc22.src.rpm
nss_compat_ossl-0.9.6-9.fc22.src.rpm
slrn-1.0.2-1.fc22.src.rpm

I will look at slrn, but I cannot speak for centerim.
