You can disable it on the command line for scripting.

OK, but I think it's better if all dnf plugins understand 'dnf -y',
otherwise we'll end up having to have a pile of --disableplugin hacks
for every badly behaved plugin.

I mentioned that because I thought it might be useful now.

I'd like to see a config file for every plugin so that you can disable them without having to uninstall them.

For the rpmconf plugin it would also be nice to be able to set some behavior for scripts other than ignore. I believe I noted that in my bug report.
