https://fedorahosted.org/bugzilla-triage-scripts/ can do it ... but you have to write the proper configuration for it. Let me know if you are interested (e.g., https://mcepl.fedorapeople.org/scripts/RH_Data-packages.json worked for me on Mozilla/Xorg bugs).
