Either could work, but new packagers would need to find a sponsor. I would have no problem sponsoring someone that shows involvement in Fedora and has good knowledge about JDK internals, for example OpenJDK upstream developer. > For not-yet-packagers they would have to go through the full > review-sponsoring process.
