This is a downgrade:

$ rpmdev-vercmp 5.08b6-1.fc22 5.08-1.fc22
5.08b6-1.fc22 > 5.08-1.fc22

People running "yum update" or "yum upgrade" won't see this new
version.  The package naming guidelines [1] were not followed.  The
previous version should have been stunnel-5.08-0.1.b6, which would
have avoided this issue.
