Hi,libcdio license changed to GPLv3+ in version 0.93. Cdrkit (GPLv2) in Fedora reverted to use old cdda-paranoia instead of libcdio-paranoia. I am not aware of any other legal issues.
Dependent packages will need a rebuild after the rebase.
