Odd, that doesn't match the DNF documentation at http://rpm-software-management.github.io/dnf/conf_ref.html which lists a three hour expiration. Wonder if it's been tweaked in the SRP{M? Even then, though still means up to 60 MB * 15/month, or 900 MB/month even with no updates ever actually applied, if you leave the update alert tools in place as found in a default OS installation. This still overshadows the benefits of deltarpm profoundly unless you're constantly updating builky tools like Libreoffice.
