Odd, that doesn't match the DNF documentation at
http://rpm-software-management.github.io/dnf/conf_ref.html which lists
a three hour expiration. Wonder if it's been tweaked in the SRP{M?

Even then, though still means up to 60 MB * 15/month, or 900 MB/month
even with no updates ever actually applied, if you leave the update
alert tools in place as found in a default OS installation. This still
overshadows the benefits of deltarpm profoundly unless you're
constantly updating builky tools like Libreoffice. And deltarpm
doesn't help much with those, anyway, due to the mismatch of the zip
compressed binary contents.
