Using a wiki to track bugs is obviously not ideal.  Any change can be
tracked in bugzilla.  We track upstream issues in Fedora bugzilla all the
time.  Maintainers can either fix it if they are interested or let a proven
packager do it for them.  Don't see how this is much of a burden.

Fair enough.  So I guess the question is, is anyone else interested?  If
so, please speak up and let me know here or offlist.  If OTOH, noone else
is, that by itself would suggest this isn't a idea worth pursuing and I
will drop it.  Thanks!
