I will be updating pugixml from 1.0 to 1.4 in rawhide shortly. This
changes the soname from the currently fedora defined "libpugixml.so.1.0"
to upstream's "libpugixml.so.1". Also, there are some compatibility
changes:

fts-3.2.26.2-3.fc22.src.rpm
gfal2-2.6.8-3.fc22.src.rpm
OpenImageIO-1.4.12-2.fc22.src.rpm
and I will be rebuilding them.
This update also adds a cmake config file so pugixml users can use
find_package(pugixml ...).
