In this case the above command produced the correct result, but please
remember that rpmdev-vercmp operates on EVR's, not NEVR's. I'm falling
into that trap myself too every now and then. The next version of
rpmdev-vercmp warns if it encounters a hyphen in a parsed epoch,
version, or release, which is what happens e.g. with the args above.
