If upstream is dead then OpenGTL probably just wants to be dropped from Rawhide forwards and llvm will have to stay as is in f20. If upstream is just slow though, llvm::sys::path looks like a pretty simple filesystem api and fairly similar to boost::filesystem so I should be able to help there. Will get to work (or not) depending on what Rex hears back.
