Since you are not aware of it Red Hat invented the position of Fedora QA
Community Manager ( I dont know who but I would very much like to meet
that person ) and placed Adam in that position.
Adam had no history with the community when he took that job and neither
does Mike R.
One might even argue that an man that was given such a heavy weight
title it would be within his job description to ensure processes like
triaging or proven testers and other qa activity for that matter would
not entirely die off...
