- I suggest copying first two paragrahps for our so called PRD from

- PRD - based on discussion on env-and-stacks mailing list
(some discussion on pad: http://piratepad.net/PwUiH4MEPR) If we don't
have any other input from other areas, we could sum up what we discussed
and create list of tasks for future work (Review tool, taskotron, ...).
