PATH=$PATH:$HOME/.local/bin:$HOME/bin
export PATH
Exists for a longer time already, added in of the .fc16 builds:

- Added $HOME/.local/bin to PATH in .bash_profile (#699812)
An invisible directory in everyone's PATH. That's rather unfortunate.
When will this be removed?
