Hi, 
I'm the current maintainer of dpkg, since other 2 are unresponsive , 
I'm consider add patch on
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=973832 
for F20. 
But, now ,I'm very busy in my work , I just can read this thread and
apply patch later night or tomorrow .
