Hi, I am happy to announce that Ruby on Rails 4.0 has landed in Fedora Rawhide[1]. If you have any packages that depends on Rails, it's a good time to test them.
Note: Some dependent RubyGems were updated afterwards to support the newest version of Rails[2], some not.
