libgd which was quite inactive for years
A revival finally occurs, by some dev from the PHP project.

Version 2.1.0 is already in RC (and stable should come soon)
I plan to update it in rawhide in the next days.
This will allow to use it for PHP (instead of bundled copy) and thus,
fix a very old bug ;) as most of the change have been merged.
So only visible change for PHP user will be the missing imageantialias,
but this function is not commonly used, and often protected by a test,
as some linux distro (debian) already use the system gd.
