You installed Fedora 18 pre-release when updates-testing was enabled. 

You can: 

a) 'yum distro-sync' to downgrade to all the stable/non updates-testing
packages. 

or

b) re-enable fedora-updates-testing repo if you are confortable/willing
to help test updates.
