FYI, try hardcoding mirror.karneval.cz, that sits on UPC Czech Republic and
has a very fast connection to UPC Austria. Other fast mirrors are the Czech
academic ones (muni.cz in Brno and cuni.cz in Prague). The Austrian mirrors
all suck, unfortunately. :-(
