I've added code to yum-langpacks so you can now run:
yum langinstall <language>
and
yum langremove <language>
to install any langpacks for that language. It also now stores what languages
you've done installations for in the past, so it acts consistently on future
installs.
This is in 0.3.0 in rawhide, f18, and f17-updates-testing (soon), so try it
out.
