That synfigstudio package seems not to be included in the installer image.
When I remove it from my repository, the problem stays exactly the same.
There was a lorax issue at one point that was preventing the right mime
cache files from making it into the image.
http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=321935 was built
to fix it, maybe you need to try composing with this lorax?
