See $subject. I'm assuming that this is because delta_dirs in the mash config doesn't include the updates repository, just the GA repository.
Maybe this should be more clearly stated in http://infrastructure.fedoraproject.org/infra/docs/fedora-releases.txt, Step 4 (Enable Updates)? Jonathan
