Any rpm built by anyone with this feature will have this information in
it. Be it a locally rebuild fedora rpm such as a scratch build or a
totally custom rpm. Just like we build debuginfo rpms for such rpms.

You keep saying this, but I and several others think that having it is a
sufficient for a great many things.
