After clarification with upstream, rubygem-systemu now has BSD or Ruby as it's License.

Due to recent license change in Ruby from GPLv2 or Ruby of to BSD or
Ruby for Ruby 1.9.3, there were some clarifications with various
upstreams whose licenses were "same as ruby's", therefore unclear.
