Hi,

I've just update libzip from 0.9.3 (libzip.so.1) to 0.10 (libzip.so.2)
in rawhide.

Here is some information about ABI changes:
http://upstream-tracker.org/compat_reports/libzip/0.9.3_to_0.10/abi_compat_report.html

I also include some (minor) changes from php bundled library (thanks to
spot for working on this issue and helping with patch, and upstream
discussion).

This will allow to build PHP 5.4.0 against system libzip, and so, to
have php-zip extension back in fedora.

Regards,
Remi.
