To all whom it may concern: I updated fcoe-utils 1.0.22 in Rawhide yesterday. This version includes the default interfaces naming scheme change in fipvlan tool, removing the old '-fcoe' suffix.
The old behavior could be restored by using the new -f/--suffix options. -P
