We have moved this to [1] with git repo on fedorahosted as well[2]. There are more goodies that we have planned for this tool and it's been going pretty nicely as far as I can tell. People who would like to implement/automate additional review tests are more than welcome. We have some examples in source tree and I think the code is not that hard to read. If you need help with getting this to run, you can stop by #fedora-review.
