I'm currently working on implementing automatic PURL metadata generation for Rust packages, but for other language ecosystems listed in the Change proposal, I will either need help to get this done before the mass rebuild starts, or the implementation will land after the mass rebuild and will only affect the full set of packages with Fedora 46.
