Hi all,

would anyone know how to contact @stingray please? They maintain the
pyserial package but have not responded to PRs/bugs for quite some
time. So, I have had to, unfortunately, begin the non-responsive
process:

The bug is here:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2492961

They maintain 14 packages in total, but I've not checked any of the
others as I don't use them:
https://src.fedoraproject.org/user/stingray/projects

fedora-active-user suggests that they have not recently been active:

[dan@talos pyserial]$ fedora-active-user --user stingray
