qt6-qtbase is now fixed in the side-tag, but will only land in this
update if we need yet another refresh, otherwise it will go out
independently.
However, note that AusweisApp2 itself still needs a fix:

You can either scratch-build against the side-tag or use a custom mock
config to test.
