I'm not Kevin, but I can answer this too :) The packages are already *retired*, but they are not *orphaned*. The latter is not a pre-requisite for the former. This means that while you're still listed as the main maintainer, the packages were already dropped from the Fedora 45+ repositories. You can of course still orphan them if you no longer want to be listed as the maintainer, but it is not strictly necessary.
