I have a very specific thing that looks for cases where openQA results
weren't correctly sent to resultsdb, which causes updates to become
'stuck' in the sense they incorrectly fail gating. But that's all I
know of. I don't think there's anything that looks for updates that are
'stuck' simply in the sense of "passed gating but haven't been pushed
stable either manually or automatically, yet". There are several lying
around that are months old. In fact the record holder is
https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-EPEL-2023-d41edb1085 for
EPEL 9, which is two years old...
