lxqt-config-randr hasn't had a commit since 2013.  The most recent Pull
Request is from 2014, and the most recent Issue filed on the upstream
github repo is from 2018 and unanswered.

Orphan it.   Unless somebody is going to fork it, and maintain it
themselves, I highly doubt that a port to Qt6 is forthcoming, or that
the upstream would respond if somebody made a PR for it.

This package doesn't offer any functionality that the standard lxqt
tooling doesn't, and isn't even part of the LXQt project.

I don't see any compelling reason to keep this in Fedora at this point,
other than having it continually show up as FTBFS on the packager
dashboard.
