Unluckily I can not promise it. The final decision is not on me alone:( But if we will really drop it (which I still hope is not going to happen, although the proposal will be submitted to delay the decision moment), then I hope it will be the leverage to heavily improve Eclipse Temurin RPMs. We (Rhel/Fedora/Temurin java people) have agreed on improving the RPMs to be a more 1:1 replacement (in scope of https://github.com/adoptium/installer/issues/848#issuecomment-2133516101 and others found later) but it shamefully slipped from radar. Thanx for the comment, highly appreciated.
