In one week, 2025-10-08, or slightly later, I plan to update rapidyaml
from 0.9.0 to 0.10.0 in F44/Rawhide[1]. This is an ABI-incompatible
update that changes the SONAME version[2]. I verified compatibility in
COPR[3]. I will use provenpackager privilege to rebuild jsonnet, the
sole dependent package, in the same side tag.
