The 3.0 series has been released for nearly a year so it's about time to
update to it, and 3.1 is coming soon-ish. I would really prefer not to have
to create a 2.5 compatibility package.

The following packages are affected:
blender
embree
luxcorerender
oidn
olive
openshadinglanguage
usd

I'm working through test builds in my COPR[1] now.

Currently the only two projects that are a problem: Olive and LuxCoreRender
(technically Blender failed on aarch64 but that looks to be a COPR timeout)

Olive seems to be dead upstream, landing page says "Olive will return..."
and hasn't had a meaningful commit since Dec 2023.

LuxCoreRender is wildly out of date. The current version in Fedora (2.7
Beta) is designed for Blender 3.6 and is from 2023. The current version
which I expect supports OpenImageIO 3.0 is 2.10.1.

Thanks,
Richard
