Hi
This is now done. I've introduced podofo0.10 as a compatibility package
for calibre which does not build against podofo-1.x, and also built
scribus against podofo0.10 instead of the previous podofo0.9. Remaining
users of podofo0.9 are vfrnav and pdfsign (which looks is close to being
retired).
