Yes, a new glibc build is under way (glibc-2.41.9000-22.fc43). It's not clear to me why we didn't see this during the glibc build itself. Let's hope it was fixed here: <https://sourceware.org/cgit/binutils-gdb/commit/?id=168c017e206894effdefa919bff29880165fae13> This commit is not yet in the binutils version in rawhide.
