libcbor will be updated to 0.12.0 in rawhide in the next week or so (sooner if the rebuilds are complete), which includes a soname bump.
The list of affected packages in rawhide are: libfido2 fwupd qemu (I missed this the previous attempt, my bad). I have tested the update using the mass pre-build utility and was successful in the build(s), so I expect no surprises. I have rebuilt libfido2 (which needs to happen before the fwupd update). For fwupd and qemu, I will need the assistance of the package maintainers (CC'ed), Please use the side tag f43-build-side-115371 (fedpkg build --target=f43-build-side-115371) If one is using autospec, it is my understanding that one should use something of the form: git commit —allow-empty -m 'Rebuild for foolib 3.14' and then fedpkg build, as usual.
