The build has also been created, so you are correct that the next step
is for the maintainer to run `fedpkg update` (or create the update in
the bodhi web interface).

Generally bugzilla is the best place to coordinate work on specific
packages with the relevant maintainers.  I can see you filed the
request to add the package to EPEL 10.

Even though this bug is closed, you can comment again to ask for the
update to be created.  I just did that to hopefully help this along.
