I want to get something built for epel10 that I realize is orphaned
(only) in EPEL. What's the correct procedure to adopt it in EPEL? The
docs don't seem to cover that case. Does one just submit a releng
ticket for the EPEL branches, contact the maintainer to get
co-maintainership, or what?
