I have decided to orphan rubygem-rack-restful_submit for multiple reasons:
* It would need adjustments for Rack 3.x (which will come to Fedora together with Ruby on Rails 8).
* Upstream has long abandoned this package (have not accepted the fixes for Rack 2.x [1])
