Open the file using any application that uses GStreamer or ffmpeg, so
basically any video player or web browser. It notably makes most videos
work in Firefox, Totem (F42 default video player), and Showtime (new
F43 default video player). You can surely find unsupported videos (like
H.265) if you try, but it should be good enough for most users.
If you have RPM Fusion enabled, then you can safely dnf swap openh264
-> noopenh264 without losing important functionality. As we see, this
is apparently difficult to do without clear instructions. But users
need to follow manual instructions for installing codecs from RPM
Fusion anyway, so it's really just one more step to document.
