I have RPM Fusion enabled, but I can't remove openh264 because RPM Fusion's ffmpeg still depends on it:
- installed package ffmpeg-libs-7.1.1-6.fc41.x86_64 requires libopenh264.so.7()(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed
