I'd like to test it for Fedora KDE Plasma variants. I think our stack
is the most bulletproof option to do this with, since KWin handles GPU
resets properly and the Konsole will stay active while KWin restarts
in a compositor crash scenario. It's the only stack that can do this
currently.

At least for KWin+Konsole, it'll listen and react to locale1, but also
it's possible to update the kwinrc and tell kwin to restart and reload
the configuration.
