That is same as what is in proposal, just shorter, and maybe less java-centrist.I think pboy had agrred to help rephrase the proposal, not the guidelines. The guidelines changes are draftedin the proposal, but they final form will go via PR, whcih will be probably written by java-packages folks.Looking forward for questions/suggestions Thanx! J.
