As many of you probably know, Matthew Miller is moving on from the Fedora Project Leader role this year[1]. As the longest-serving FPL in the history of the Fedora Project, it seems right and proper that we should send him off with a bit of a celebration, and this year's Flock to Fedora conference will provide the perfect opportunity.
As part of the evening events in Prague, we will be setting aside some time to throw Matthew an FPL Graduation Party. What I need from the Fedora Community is... stories! I'm looking for anecdotes, memories, embarrassing moments and more. I'm aiming to put together a short speech and toast to all that Matthew has done for Fedora over the years. Now, in the interest of surprising Matthew with the content of this speech, I kindly ask that you send me your thoughts and memories via this (extremely short) Google Form[2] rather than replying to this email. The form does not collect any personal information unless you explicitly provide it and does not require a Google Account to fill it out. Even if you cannot attend Flock in person, I hope you will share your stories so we can make this an enjoyable event both for Matthew and those there to celebrate with him. Thank you.
