Yep, PR against cxxtools is there.

FTR: It was a case of _GLIBCXX_ASSERTIONS which caught a real bug,
upstream fixed it now.

I guess it also shows why disabling test suites is bad - cxxtools' had
been disabled a while ago. That's why the problem showed up in tntnet.
I'm not writing this to blame anyone. I understand how much trouble it
is to work with flaky test suites (heisentests), or upstreams mingling
build tests with code sanity tests (linters) or making specific
assumptions. So, here's encouragement to keep test suites enabled :)

I'm more worried about emacs turning off its test suite in order to
build emacs 30.1 ... although I can report that notmuch's test suite
exercises emacs tests and they still work ...
